写给家长：KidsDraw 是给孩子画画、涂色用的在线画板。我们尽量少收集——实际上几乎什么都不收集。
For parents: KidsDraw is an online drawing and colouring board for children. We collect as little as possible — in practice, almost nothing.
KidsDraw 隐私政策（中文）
1. 一句话总结
- 不需要注册账号，不收集孩子的姓名、邮箱、照片或位置。
- 完全无广告：免费版和 Pro 版都不展示任何广告，也不加载任何广告或统计 / 追踪脚本。
- 孩子的画作只保存在你这台设备的浏览器里，不会上传到我们的服务器。
- 付款、打开其他网站、发送邮件之前，都需要家长先答对一道算术题（家长验证）。
2. 在你的设备上保存了什么
以下内容只存放在当前浏览器的本地存储（localStorage）或你主动保存的文件里，我们看不到：

3. 我们不会收集的内容
我们不收集、不出售、不分享任何个人信息；不做用户画像或个性化推荐；不使用广告 Cookie；不获取精确位置、摄像头或麦克风（网站已通过权限策略禁用这些权限）。
4. 第三方服务
- Creem（付款，仅家长使用）：购买 Pro 时，家长在通过家长验证后会跳转到 Creem 的结账页面，由 Creem 处理付款信息（我们看不到银行卡号）。付款成功后我们只收到订单确认和授权卡密。卡密会发送到我们自己的授权服务器（comicboard.eazyopc.com）核对真伪，只包含卡密和站点名称，不包含任何画作或孩子的信息。Creem 的数据处理见其隐私政策。
- 网页加载所需的 CDN 与字体：页面会从 cdn.tailwindcss.com、cdnjs.cloudflare.com（jsPDF 组件）和 Google Fonts（fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com）加载样式、脚本和字体。像访问任何网站一样，这些服务会收到常规的技术信息（例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型）以便把文件发送给你。
- 网站托管：网站由 Cloudflare Pages 托管。首次打开时，服务器会根据浏览器语言或访问国家自动选择界面语言，这一信息不会被存储。
除上述服务外，本站没有接入任何广告联盟、统计分析、社交插件或追踪工具。
5. 反馈邮件
页面底部的「提建议」功能只会在家长通过验证后，打开你设备上自己的邮件应用并填好草稿，是否发送由你决定。只有你主动发送的邮件内容才会到达我们的邮箱。
6. 关于儿童隐私
KidsDraw 面向儿童设计，遵循美国 COPPA、欧盟 GDPR（儿童条款）以及英国《适龄设计规范》（Children's Code）的原则：默认最高隐私设置、数据最小化、不做画像、不展示广告、不引导孩子分享个人信息。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下（或你所在地区规定年龄以下）儿童的个人信息；如你认为孩子向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会立即删除。
7. 家长如何清除数据
- 清空当前一页：工具栏「⋯ 更多工具」→「清空画纸重新画」。
- 清除全部数据：在浏览器设置里清除
kidsdraw.eazyopc.com的「网站数据 / Cookie 和网站数据」。例如 Chrome：设置 → 隐私和安全 → 网站设置 → 查看各网站的权限及存储的数据 → 搜索 kidsdraw → 删除数据；Safari：设置 → Safari → 高级 → 网站数据。 - 如果购买了 Pro，请先保存好卡密，清除数据后可在「输入卡密恢复 Pro」里重新激活。

KidsDraw Privacy Policy (English)
1. The short version
- No accounts. We do not collect a child's name, email, photos or location.
- 100% ad-free: neither the free version nor Pro shows any ads, and the site loads no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts.
- Your child's drawings are stored only in the browser on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers.
- Before paying, opening another website or sending an email, a grown-up must answer a maths question (parental gate).
2. What is stored on your device
The following stays in this browser's local storage (localStorage) or in files you choose to save. We cannot see it:

Files created with “Save artwork”, “Export”, “Print” or the replay video (.eazyopc / PNG / PDF / WebM) are saved directly to your device and are yours to keep.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect, sell or share personal information; we do no profiling or personalised recommendations; we use no advertising cookies; and we do not access precise location, camera or microphone (these permissions are disabled for the site).
4. Third-party services
- Creem (payments, used by parents only): when a parent buys Pro, after passing the parental gate they are taken to Creem's checkout page, and Creem processes the payment details (we never see card numbers). After payment we receive only the order confirmation and a license key. The key is checked against our own license server (comicboard.eazyopc.com) — the request contains only the key and the site name, never drawings or information about your child. See Creem's privacy policy for how it handles payment data.
- CDNs and fonts needed to load the page: the page loads styles, scripts and fonts from cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com (the jsPDF component) and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). As with any website, these services receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in order to deliver the files.
- Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. On the first visit the server may pick the interface language from your browser language or country; this is not stored.
Apart from these, the site uses no ad networks, analytics, social plugins or trackers.
5. Feedback emails
The “Feedback” button at the bottom of the page only opens the email app on your device with a pre-filled draft, after the parental gate. You decide whether to send it; only emails you send reach us.
6. Children's privacy
KidsDraw is designed for children and follows the principles of COPPA (US), the GDPR provisions for children (EU) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code): high privacy by default, data minimisation, no profiling, no advertising, and no prompts for children to share personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age set by your local law). If you believe your child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. How parents can clear data
- Clear the current page: toolbar “⋯ More tools” → “Clear the page”.
- Clear everything: in your browser settings, clear the site data / cookies for
kidsdraw.eazyopc.com(Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → search “kidsdraw” → Delete data; Safari: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data). - If you bought Pro, keep your license key first — you can re-activate it with “Restore Pro” after clearing data.
